Movement pattern Horizontal pull

The horizontal pull movement pattern involves the activation and coordinated movement of muscles to perform a pulling action horizontally towards the body's midline. This pattern primarily engages the muscles responsible for scapular retraction and posterior shoulder girdle activation. the horizontal pull movement pattern involves the concentric and eccentric contraction of muscles such as the rhomboids, middle and lower trapezius, posterior deltoids, latissimus dorsi, and the muscles of the forearm, including the biceps brachii and brachioradialis. These muscles work together to retract and stabilize the scapulae while flexing the elbows during the pulling action.
